Mamadou Touré, Director, Transclick, Inc., is Chairman and CEO of Ubuntu Capital, a leading Investment and Advisory firm focused on designing and implementing integrated innovative investment solutions uplifting projects ecosystems. He was previously Managing Director with GE Africa. In this role, Touré led a regional Capital Markets (Sales and Project Finance) team across Sub-Saharan Africa supporting GE's industrial business growth with sales' funding and investment solutions.

Before joining GE, Touré worked at IFC (International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group) in the Infrastructure Department mostly in charge of private sector investments in the Telecommunications, Media and Technologies sector covering Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, he worked at Fortis Group (now BNP Paribas) in Paris within the Investment Banking Team focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, Government Advisory, Privatizations and Project Finance mostly in Infrastructure covering Africa.

Over the last 15 years, he has worked on advisory assignments and various investment transactions in more than 26 African countries driving growth on the continent and leading a total value of transactions exceeding US $30 billion. More recently, he contributed to various publications on infrastructure, telecommunications, media and fin-tech. He has committed his passion for Africa since early age, as he started his first NGO at the age of 19, (Afrique Tandem) mobilizing more than a hundred African students across Europe to enable skills and knowledge transfer into the continent through concrete uplifting projects and linkages programs.

Alberto Pfeiffer, VP Latin America, Transclick, Inc., is a Professor at the University of São Paulo & Managing Partner at LatinUS. Since 1998, for 16 years, Alberto Pfeifer has worked with the Business Council of Latin America - CEAL. He served as the General Executive Coordinator, overseeing CEAL's operations in 18 countries from Mexico to Argentina. He also serves as Executive Director of the largest chapter: Brazil.

Between 2004 and 2006, he joined ILCE CEAL (Latin American Institute of Educational Communication) and developed a comprehensive study on "Best Practices" in Basic Education in America. The result of this joint effort was a compilation of 800 pages with 54 Best Practices - three for each of the 18 countries operated by CEAL. Alberto Pfeifer was responsible for leading this project.
Alberto has several degrees from the University of Sao Paulo, one of the most recognized universities in Brazil: Ph.D. in geography, master's in economics, B.S. in agricultural engineering and law. He also graduated with a M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Dan Potter, Chief Data Scientist, Transclick, Inc, is a Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineer, and Strategist; he has over 25 years of experience in pattern recognition and software engineering and has worked with large companies and start-ups on various R&D technology projects. He is responsible for software design, development and implementation focusing on speed and robustness improvements in enhancement algorithms. Dan has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

He has worked as a research scientist (developing advanced pattern recognition applications) and as a software engineer. His industry experience began in 1982 with Raytheon's Digital Systems Group and has since included work at Bell Communications Research, New England Technology Group, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution's Deep Submergence Lab, Third Level Data (a dot com startup), Spectra Systems, Spectral Products, Mathematical Technologies, Inc. and Advanced Image Enhancement, Inc.
